Langport Flags: Created by O2i Design

During the summer months, Langport High Street brightens up with the vibrant Langport Flags. This year, we had the honour of designing and painting our very own flag.

For 16 weeks every summer, these colourful flags adorn Langport’s main streets. They’re part of a project by the Langport and Huish Episcopi Youth Group, which has grown significantly in recent years.

Designing and painting the flag for Langport and Huish youth was a blast. Thanks to Kitchen-Langport for sponsoring the flag, flying proudly on Bank Chambers.

Our flag features Skye, one of the early cranes from The Great Crane Project championed by O2i Design Ltd. These majestic birds now grace the Somerset Wetlands regularly, which is fantastic. Learn more about the Great Crane Project here.
